IT Analyst SAP HR Location – Krakow Why is this job for You: You will have a chance to work in a team environment to support the existing HR-IT solution in place and to recommend and deliver technology-enabled business processes in the Human Resources area. You will work cohesively with IT resources, and HR Operations to understand, design, build, implement, and sustain best practice solutions for the functional area. You will configure SAP HCM and other HR related applications and coordinate and perform testing process. You will have a chance to take part in many training opportunities. The ideal candidate will have functional knowledge of SAP HCM specific modules such as Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA). You will: Configure SAP HCM and other HR related applications to enable defined business processes and complete configuration documentation Define and document functional specifications for solutions and services based on business requirements Identify, document, and perform functional testing to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the solution Ensure business needs are being met and that assignments are delivered on time by participating in project/planning meetings and communicating regularly with team management and team Identify, assess impact, and provide recommendation for resolution of issues related to HR business processes, procedural and system changes; escalate problems of high complexity and severity Work with other IT resources to support, identify, gather information, and develop change requests for existing sustain issues or new requirements Analyze and understand business data to support decision making and effectively present information Evaluate alternative procedural and systematic solutions that meet needs while maintaining business standards Track progress, communicate milestones and escalate issues to management Execute proof of concept testing in a cross team environment to validate design assumptions You have: Proficiency in SAP Enterprise Portals/Employee Self-Service/Manager Self-Service 2-3 years of project experience 4-6 years of SAP experience preferred Knowledge of the SAP integration between the SAP HR modules and external systems like SAP ECC/BW, SAP Enterprise Portals will be an asset Experience with SAP Workflow, IDOC and ALE processes preferred Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills Strong functional/technical skills Strong understanding of HR processes Ability to function in a constantly changing environment Fluency in English Contact us If you are excited about this role, please send us your application with a statement below.
