Import Planning Coordinator Location – Krakow Why is this job for you: You will have a chance to administer the process of importing UFS paper products from Brazil and other non-EU mills and coordinate all activities associated with distribution of goods through European DCs. This position also gives an opportunity to work in rapidly changing environment, get enormous portion of business acumen when dealing with daily duties and be a part of unique Supply Chain team You will be responsible for: Administering day-to-day activities associated with imports thru European DC’s or direct in containers in accordance of existing procedures and business rules Staying in touch with DC operators, Customer Service, Finance and sourcing mills in order to ensure seamless process Supporting DC’s with their daily operational enquiries Processing production orders in SAP and managing corresponding replenishments in Elixir Resolving day-to-day process related issues Ensuring stock alignment between IP system and DC’s IT system Supporting Import Planning Leader and following his/her instructions and guidelines Providing back-up for other team members Supporting and training new members on junior position Seeking for and suggesting improvement of the import processes Providing accurate and timely information/data for the financial month close process Periodic visits to and physical inventory check at Distribution Centers You have: Experience in Customer Service, Distribution, Production Planning (would be an asset) Ability to effectively communicate in English and Polish (French, Italian, Spanish would be an asset) Proficiency in MS office application Proficiency in IP enterprise applications (Elixir, SAP APO, IP reporting tools) Working knowledge of multiple business areas such as purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, sales & marketing and supply chain (would be an asset)
