EMEA COE Source Team Lead Location – Krakow (2 years assignment) Why is this job for You: You will be a key enabler in EMEA Global Sourcing team to assure the efficient and effective execution of both the Procurement and Sourcing processes by aligning procurement processes and systems, SharePoint, internet pages and providing user support across EMEA 27 facilities. You will manage EMEA COE Source Team along with group of dedicated Procure to Pay process (P2P) Coordinators to ensure change management, best practices rollout, related trainings delivery, system testing and end-user support for International Paper internal customers in the area of corporate sourcing, procurement, fiber supply, facility purchasing and storerooms. You will be expected to understand the end to end Procure to Pay process, being SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) expert with an understanding of upstream and downstream processes (e.g. Finance, Plant Maintenance, and Account Payables) and be able to manage people and projects on behalf of the International Paper sourcing organization and represent EMEA in the Global COE Source council. You will be responsible for: Ensuring continuous and efficient procurement processes across EMEA Onboarding and managing workload of the dedicated team and setting up priorities Being a liaison between EMEA and Corporate COE Source teams Defining business requirements with users and stakeholders for any new projects or enhancements Supporting all aspects of SAP FISCM roll out to new locations Providing procurement and storeroom improvement, standardization, and user’s support for paper mills and box plants in EMEA Delivering regular trainings on SAP MM, BW, business analysis tools and other procurement systems Conducting change management as required for procurement system end-users Providing SAP MM user support for sourcing and procurement processes Effectively managing users requests queue, responding to and resolving issues in a timely manner and recommending long term solutions for recurring issues You have: Bachelor degree in Management, Supply Chain, Finance or Engineering is required or equivalent work experience (IT degree and related experience will be an asset) Project and People management 3 years Advanced SAP MM knowledge is a must Experience in BW, FI and ARIBA will be an asset General Procurement, Storeroom and/or Finance experience Project Management experience Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite – Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint, Access Analytical skills (data analysis) Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential Preferential knowledge of French or Spanish; Italian, Polish or Russian would be an advantage as well. The role will involve business travel up to 20% of working time
