Customer Service Specialist with Polish and English Location – Kraków Why is this job for You: European Customer Service Center’s mission is to deliver exceptional customer service to our European customers. You will have an opportunity to learn how we build and manage relationships with our long term customers so that you can develop your interpersonal and intercultural communication skills. You will be connection between our customers and internal departments. We have a very effective on-boarding process that will help you settle in and feel comfortable with the job and your customers. We will teach you about papermaking, our business processes and how to manage orders in our internal system. We are not a call center. You will be responsible for: Cooperation with European customers via phone and email on a daily basis (It’s important to us that team members cooperate and support each other, providing back-up as necessary) Our long-standing business customers in Europe: answering their questions, managing their purchase orders and making sure they are satisfied with our service Cooperation with internal departments of International Paper and getting to know logistics processes such as demand, production, and planning transportation Learning about pricing, sales and marketing-related processes to successfully manage your customer accounts Analytical tasks (so if you have skills in that area you will have an opportunity to use them) You have: Strong focus on details and you are action oriented Ability to learn quickly and you are open for new tasks Eagerness to work in a team environment Ability to make your own decisions and take responsibility for your actions Good analytical skills Ability to multitask and process high volume of data accurately and efficiently Fluent Polish and English (is a must) Fluent French (would be an asset) Good organizing skills University bachelor or master degree (no previous experience is required)
