Accounts Payable Process Analyst in EMEA Location – Krakow Why is this job for You: This position gives an opportunity to work in IP Global Business Service Center on Accounts Payable process for our EMEA businesses, liaising closely with our Paper and Packaging locations to ensure process effectiveness and problem resolution. You will gain a strong understanding of the end to end purchase to pay process and in addition being a member of team with diverse responsibilities will have the opportunity to learn about business integration and projects. You will be responsible for: Monitoring the effectiveness of our Accounts Payable process on behalf of our business partners, including AP controls and their related risks Contacting our business partners in liaising with our outsourcing partner support team PINS and FileNet reporting to support business locations in monitoring quality, substance and ageing Preparing, monitoring and distributing AP reports Updating and distributing the monthly KPIs, action plans and ensuring proper process documentation, maintaining issue log, Analyzing AP accounts in SAP and coordinating solutions with outsourcing company and business partners Preparing ad hoc AP and GL analysis Proposing alignment and standardization projects within the scope, under the supervision of the AP Process Lead You have: Theoretical background in finance/accounting Experience in AP team as a plus Fluency in English Knowledge of additional languages (French, Italian, Russian, Spanish) would be an asset. Strong analytical and communication skills with focus on problem solving Strong knowledge of Excel and SAP Experience of FileNet, PINS would be advantageous Ability to quickly learn other software and computer applications Competencies: Learning on the fly Customer Focus Priority Setting Integrity and trust Action Orientated Timely decision making Problem solving Dealing with ambiguity
